If a company is too big to fail or needs to be bailed out in some capacity, then it should be partially or fully nationalized. Hey, I'm all about being cynical and sarcastic. But there is reason for optimism, as there's actual momentum to an existing and interested tenant as opposed to the Haslem/Stark/Gilbert pie-in-the-sky abstract plans. Pages of discussions and optimism for months, years even, generally followed by nothing.
