The real tragedy is now Cleveland.com can't copy/paste and paraphrase another one of your articles, KJP.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
These days a billion is nothing. The new Bills stadium is starting at $1.3 billion, and that's without a dome. Moderators, if I may, let the cunts move. Unless team equity is part of the package.

Probably due to the massive Arab population in Dearborn, and they're often described as Asian in these kinds of reports.

Ridesourcing
This article is condescending sh*t. There are elements of truth in it - yes, VC money is used for unprofitable start-ups; yes, low interest rates gave financiers additional access to funds; yes, Uber/Lyft/the like have become significantly more expensive. No sh*t. Meanwhile, water wets. But the tone of the article is ugly, finger-wagging, Millennial blaming cliché. And for his statement "job openings are historically plentiful and nominal wages are rising fastest for low-income workers." Yeah, for entry level jobs, many of which are scams or outright fraudulent posts. Meanwhile low income wages are up, what, 5 percent nationwide from last year? Quantum leap forward, Dave. And for his statement "The Millennial Consumer Subsidy is over". What, only millennials use Uber/Lyft? Well, how about some articles on "The Big Farm Subsidy is over" and "Highway Subsidy is over" and "Military Subsidy is over", since those c-nts are the ones who unnecessarily drain the country's coffers. Crap article. Crap writer.

Damn, there's a lot to take in with that article. Great job as always KJP. It all sounds great. But if Cleveland/County builds it, then we should have team equity. Otherwise, I'm fully on board.

Gas Prices
And employers are still wanting to limit remote work, with current and upcoming mass layoffs to give them more leverage. They couldn't give a flying f-k about employees' commuting expenses tripling from last year.

I can't believe we beat Kershaw (well, no-decisioned him). An in LA no less. Could be in first place in less than 24 hours (Twins playing in Arizona tonight).

Yep, the sexual predator got $10.4 million last year to not play. So let's say he gets suspended the full 2022 without pay. One million divided by 26 victims is about $35,000 per victim. So that's how the NFL values women. Bauer received $20 million, plus the $10 million signing bonus, in 2021, but he did win 8 games too. What an investment. Meanwhile the freak is getting $0 out of his $34 million for 2022. That divided by three victims is about $11.33 million per victim. So that's how the MLB values women. Different circumstances, sure. Some ambiguity with at least one of Bauer's victims, perhaps. And if more came forward - and you'd think they would by now - then the math adjusts. All that aside, I still think Baker might play this year. And play well. Just intuition.

Ah Orville... if anyone wants the true Trek feeling, give it a shot. Episode 3 of season 3 felt like the glory days of TNG and DS9. Also, Barry season finale was.. a tad underwhelming. Great season otherwise. I'm re-watching Taboo as well. Frankly, it's a bit boring. Soon Peaky Blinders season 6. Soon.

Beachwood: Development and News
My parents' is expensive and sh*ttttttt. Cheap materials and thin walls... but it works for their situation and there are plenty of senior activities and amenities to utilize. That said, aging is truly scary folks.

Beachwood: Development and News
I don't know if that's true or not, but the reality is a lot of elderly, like my parents in Beachwood, disproportionately utilize the Clinic's and/or UH's services often, and there is a convenience factor that grows more important as you age. Driving to and parking at the main branches can be confusing, difficult and stressful. If not for my dad, almost 84, I couldn't fathom my mom, 81, getting to University Circle on her own; fortunately they have local doctors and rarely go down there.

Orville season 3 got the ol' Hulu budget upgrade. Perhaps they can take a look at Raised by Wolves or Expanse sometime, both effectively cancelled. However, I am wondering if McFarlane is a stand-up guy in real life. He inexplicably fires a young, attractive, lead actress early season 2, hires another within two epiosdes to replace her (same extensive alien make-up, different wig), and is apparently dating the newest hire, a young instagram model/actress 20 years his junior. Not saying he's as close to being Me Too'd as Jared Leto (hovering on the periphery), but it is a little distracting.

Same reason I believe Trumps's 26 accusers: Because common sense, context, and a totality of circumstances play a part in making judgments. The fact that Trump was not criminally prosecuted does not make me believe he's innocent; the same applies with Watson.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I don't understand posters continually defending this creep. It completely contradicts conversations we had when the 26 women whom Trump sexually assaulted came forward. Why were they more credible than the massage therapists whom Watson preyed upon. We weren't talking about legal standards then, just common sense based on smoke and fire. And no matter some archaic stigma, these women were not prostitutes working in brothels. I completely believe Trump's victims but just can't understand why you guys are bending over backwards to mitigate Watson's actions.

Legal standards vs ethical and common sense ones. Reminds me of a lot of Catholic priests free due to a lack of evidence. Sure as hell doesn't make them innocent.

Remote Work
I disagree with the WSJ's premise. For most white collar jobs, unfortunately, the only real way to get an elevated role and/or see a substantial increase in salary is to change jobs. Companies often base your raises as a percentage of your current salary, whereas a new hire in the same position could see a substantial jump. Hence why they don't want people discussing salary.
