  1. From my calculations, those fireworks would be shot from west of Cleveland, like Edgewater. They haven't launched them from there for quite some time....correct?
  2. What is the first structure shown?????

The house on the left of this pic (Shore Acres and E 151) actually has an indoor pool inside it! The house in the middle is where my best friend lived, until he moved when he was 7. Even at age 5, I was amazed with all the beautiful wood in this house.
  4. These are incredible. I should scan mine from that time frame. I am QUITE sure that I was the last person to kick a football through the bleacher end's uprights at Cleveland Municipal Stadium. I was 2nd from the end of the line on the last day of the "Final Play" and I made my kick (I used to kick in HS) and the people after me missed. A friend of mine is a cop who was working down there and I stayed and talked to her for a long while as everyone left. I was one of the last people in there, so unless a construction worker kicked a ball through..........I was the last. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. ;) Thanks for the memories!

OMG. The house on the left of this photo is where I grew up (on E 151(! Lived there from when I was 5 until my father died when I was 22. (1972-1989) This was the best neighborhood to grow up in the 70's and early 80's. The homes are really nice, but crime started creeping in near the end of my stay there. I know people who are still there (or just left) and unfortunately it has gotten a lot worse. This house on Shore Acres was abandoned for many years and renovated in the mid-late 80's. When I was a kid I dreamed of owning this house. What a fantastic set of pics! I have been there many times with my camera but seem to never take pics except of the house where I grew up. There are some really nice and unique homes there and you captured it well.

  7. Thanks! I think it is on Hamilton (but I'm going to have to check). 17 is an HDR converted to B&W using a gradient map.
  8. Thanks for the compliments. I don't usually print/frame too many pics but I am having a show at MoJo's Coffee House in Bay Village starting March 19th for about a month. Hopefully it goes well.

  13. Those are incredible images. I really like #69..... excellent! What lense, focal length did you use to shoot the closeup of Key and the Fed courthouse? Did you have a tripod on board? I'd like to do this cruise again. I've never been on it when they went all the way to 490, wow!.......
  14. I didn't mean to post in this theard...sorry!
