How on earth can you build a building from top to bottom? The foundation isn't set? How did they get all ready the height? I'm confused???

I think I get it now. The thing they are creating now is like the "foundation" for the whole banks project and that will be created by 2010. The buildings and stuff will be in due time but hopefully built by 2020? I'm sorry I have not been following the banks project very long.

LOL...that's ridiculous. Darn thing must be built based on demand then? If they had the money why not get it built right now? What all projects they have going that it would take 10 years to complete. Most of the buildings they are going to build down there are not over 26 floors so that should take no more than a year to complete each, and can't they do more than one thing at a time. Well, regardless of which it is still good that they will have steady construction jobs down there for at least 10 years.

A decade? From now? WTF damn that's slow! Someone explain this?

I am amazed at the progress with the QCSII site. It looks like a mini building down there already. On the site cam I've been watching it slowly overtake the church behind it. It's getting taller every week. I expect the core will be taller than QCSI by the end of the summer. I can't wait to go see the progress this weekend. It's been raining too much lately.

They are moving on the garage!

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe that rain messed it up. I liked that angle, you can see the construction of the garage. Man that steel is flying..why are they in such a hurry! :-D

I'm headed to Cleveland tomorrow, I wonder what they got going on?

Is it me or that core is begining to look tall!! I am going downtown this week to get a clearer view of the steel...This is great! I'm confused though. In the back they have half a level up compared to the front? What's the scheme? The front is a lobby or some sort?

I believe we have steel coming up gentlemen! Woot!

Actually they have a webcam, but sadly it's not public! :wtf: But you're right that should be a true webcam instead of pictures. It updates pretty regularly now though. Even at night there are photos available. I've checked at like 4am (I know I have no life!)

They've started on the third floor!!! :clap: The first signs of the whole building above ground! :laugh:

A few pics from today 4-18-09. Not a whole lot going on today like at the QCSII site.

They are practacally at ground level on with the actual floors. Another level and they will be out of the pit. Lots of work and progress! As opposed to the banks project. They're weren't many people down there.

Anything new going on downtown. I see the floor is catchy up with the elevator shaft. I'm starting to see a peak of it appear around ground level on the far end next to QSCI. I bet by june we'll see this monster rise from the grave! LoL...how's the banks coming along I haven't seen any new pictures of that site lately!
