Cleveland: Port Authority News & Info
I do have one question. With all the industrial land in the flats, why move the port to an area wear there is actually housing. They want to take a whole residential neighborhood and turn it into a industrial zone. Do tell me how much industry is between east 18th and liberty blvd.plus compare it to the flats. Kinda sad that we waste all this money moving a port

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
The whole process still has to go through the city. Since Cimperman is the councilman for downtown would he be the point man.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Kinda sad that the private sector cant do this on there own, just like in NYC. This city has become so communistic in apperance and actions. Just look at the puppet Frank Jackson. He has the means and the space to make this happen. So he lets the county take charge. Idiot

Cleveland: Downtown Retail
Right now is the time to explore retail. With the euro coming down the likelihood of the dollars to overcome the euro is great, within the next 6 to 8 months. Take for example the atrium is perfect area for a euro mid range retailer. You have about 2000 active professionals in the area, and growing, plus about 25,000 office workers who have money to burn. Its about making it the place to be. This is were the city sucks. They actually should be marketing it this way.

Cleveland: Downtown Retail
While you look at all of these american retailers, you must also look at European retailers. With the euro coming down,it would be feasible to attempt to convince a few small high end retalier to open a flag ship store in Cleveland. Give them a good incentive. They could be persuade right now. There is actually a very good designer shoe store in southern Austria, what would be a great hit in Cleveland. :speech: :banger:
