  1. Working on the Battery Park sign on the stacks today
  2. random pic from a walk by the Westinghouse yesterday
  3. ___ It didn't happen. https://www.cleveland.com/news/2022/02/5-new-lakefront-projects-led-by-cuyahoga-county-cleveland-metroparks-gain-support-accelerating-drive-to-open-up-shoreline.html Also a key difference with the erosion on Edgewater... the property owners pay for and keep up with their own erosion mitigation out-of-pocket through revetment, fill, drainage projects, etc. There's no erosion crisis threatening the homes. There was no way that they could be bought off by promises to have that paid for by government (a la Euclid). Not a value trade off for the owners.
  4. And it's out .... ISB IPA at the register at Simone's for sure .. a few other places around town.
  5. First cans coming off at Immigrant Son Brewing. Will be on shelves soon. https://fb.watch/7a9-axwe1-/ PerZverence IPA (there is some Zydrunas Ilgauskas tie-in that I don't completely understand)
  6. The road between 70th and 73rd is not officially open. But I have now seen multiple scooters and at least 2 cars use it by going around the cones ..... closer every day :)
  7. It was indeed > 1 year .... they were ordered in Jan 2020.
  8. Immigrant Son Brewing is actually brewing beer as of today :) (I think owner said 28 days from start to first actual beer) https://www.facebook.com/ImmigrantSonBrewing
  9. Telephone pole update ... still there ( I check every day ... it's my new benchmark for project "progress" )
  10. Actually struck up a chat with the CPP crew there on Friday last week .... said "soon" to get rid of the poles... (all the ones on 70th west side of the street coming down he said )
  11. Tanks going in right on schedule ... 5/15/20 .... thanks Covid. 🙄
  12. It's officially a road. A closed road, but a road nonetheless.
