Greetings all. First post here. :) Stumbled across your website while trying to do a search on the Battery Park development. I live right "next door" in Casa Belvedere and walk my dogs by every day. Roof is almost all the way on now on the powerhouse and some foundation work as well. I saw the website plans for the building and ended up with a couple questions. 1) Saw there is a fitness center planned. Will it be member only or open to us Father Caruso hoi polloi? 2) Had heard a rumor that Swingos was going to come into the ground level as a restaurant but that was scrapped when they decided on Westlake ....Who is going to be serving me food/cocktails there? 3) I had heard the Marous was trying to be sneaky by taking a few feet off the top of the smokestack instead of carrying out the full restoration but that Matt Zone busted 'em on it. Rumors only? Anyone have the story there?
