  3. What a boring downgrade. I'm disappointed in the height reduction as well. Hopefully this doesn't represent what the rest of the lakefront will eventually look like.

  7. Was the Brickman project downsized? In an April 2016 Cleveland Scene article, the project was described as having 500+ apartments. That Crains article says only 300...
  8. I've always thought this! I was a student at the business building and saw this lawn everyday and it was NEVER used, except for people sitting on the benches on the sidewalks. Waste of prime space.
  9. I'm mixed. It's something different for Cleveland, design wise, but I was hoping for more glass and less brown and beige in our skyline. The height is nice though.
