I've always thought this! I was a student at the business building and saw this lawn everyday and it was NEVER used, except for people sitting on the benches on the sidewalks. Waste of prime space.

I'm mixed. It's something different for Cleveland, design wise, but I was hoping for more glass and less brown and beige in our skyline. The height is nice though.

I've been inside the Northwestern Mutual offices in the E&Y Tower. I think they're on the sixth floor. Stunning views, beautiful offices and building. Very high tech and efficient.

Those interiors are horrible.. I was expecting so much more. Very disappointing, especially at those price points.

I always thought that huge blank wall would be great for a mural or advertising.
