Best way to travel in the winter..
Hi, I'll be visiting New York (from Cleveland) in January. Between train and bus, which one do you think would be the best to take in the winter weather? Thanks, Mike

Cleveland: Basketball Courts
I'm looking for some open basketball courts in Cleveland... Eastside please. Doesn't necessarily have to be in city proper. I found some in Woodland Hills Park. Are these good and safe? I know there are also some at East 30th and Woodland. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
I don't know when the ground breaking is, but I walked past the malls today and there were trucks on it. It looked like there was a little bit of work done already.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
That is great news. Rosetta brought ~400, MPCc bringing 165.. Not bad

This thread is depressing.

Cleveland: Jack Cleveland Casino
It will be cool for Huron to feel like an actual street. Like others, I wish this would have incoroprated the corner of Huron and Ontario more though

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
With such low vacancy rates you'd think some developers would try to snatch some buildings up for residential conversions.

Cleveland: Filling in Euclid Avenue
I completely agree. I think this building would make great apartments and could be the new 668

I had no clue Park Lane Villa was 99% occupied. That's great!

I find it almost wasteful that this prime real estate is only going to go up three stories.. :/

Suburban Sprawl News & Discussion
The article is really depressing.. especially the quote at the end. It's very sad that there are people that want to celebrate suburbia as if it is some great way of life. I feel like the writer is a little misinformed though. Hasn't it been a recent trend where our major cities, even some of the declining ones, have been growing, with people from the suburbs moving back in?

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
I really hope some developer snatches this up and turns it residential. ..and I certainly hope this doesn't happen: "The lease isn't a deal breaker for one interested buyer, Agnew Ltd. of Sagamore Hills. The company has proposed a luxury apartment and hotel complex with movie theaters, night clubs and a plastic-surgery center. "

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Those were great videos. Very informative. It's really good to hear people who actually care about and appreciate what we have.

Cleveland: Jack Cleveland Casino
Since we haven't seen one design/construction plan, can I ask why? I think it is stupid to split the casino into two buildings that will be connected with tunnels. We don't need anymore under/aboveground tunnels that keep people off the streets.

Cleveland: Jack Cleveland Casino
I'm not a fan of having the casino split between Huron and the Higbee Building.

Cleveland: The Residences at 668 Euclid Avenue
That entry canopy thing is atrocious. It would be cool if they could put some murals in there. It would brighten the space up.
