Great shots. Cleveland really does need some more 500+ footers

These look like they are going to be really amazing

What they should do, the future phases, is put townhomes on the bottom and condos on top. Then there wouldn't be as much as a height difference.

I know literally nothing about the transportation in Cleveland, so hopefully I don't look like a complete idiot...... Is there a passenger rail that goes through Cleveland that goes to.. lets say.. New York City or Chicago? And if there is, can someone give me a website that has information on this? Thanks, Mike :)

I don't want to sound dumb but aren't there supposed to be townhomes built in the future phases of this project? And wouldn't these townhomes prevent the downtown from expanding eastwards?

Imagine how big Cleveland would be if it merged with Cuyahoga County.

Youngstown has some beautiful older buildings. I'd love to see some of those renovated

I just drove past this for the first time, and if I recall there are a bunch of parking garages & a parking lot in front of it on St. Clair? Those balconies facing St. Clair would have a much better view if they replaced these parking structures with other buildings or some green
