I believe there are other businesses north of that branch of the river, so there will still be vehicles that need the bridge

At least through the main part of the convention center, which is connected to the hotel. I don't know if there is a direct connection.

Its moot because its not the Browns game - but The Peacock game will still be on local TV in the two cities involved, just like the Thursday night Jets game on Amazon was still shown on local TV here in Cleveland.
