Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
it's going to be designed to maximize the efficiency of the floorplates - not too big (Ellipse) and not too small (Terminal Tower). Not to maximize the effect on the skyline

Cleveland: West Park / Kamms Corners: Development and News
Kamm's magazine is probably put out by one of the local print media companies - a little bit of editorial content, then the rest of the stories are "pay to play". Most suburbs have similar magazines that come out once a year, or in this case for a fairly identifiable city neighborhood.

Cleveland: hotel to housing conversions
A corollary to this - if you think the convention business is going to be in the dumper for at least an intermediate period of time (everywhere, not just CLE), we don't need all these hotels.

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
"^ Just to add on. I work with three people who have bought houses and moved to Ohio City over the last 3-4 years. I’d be surprised if the least paid of them makes less than $100k, the other two are probably more around the $150k mark. " Well, if they are reporting the MEDIAN as $280K, then these people all qualify as under the median - would have to be balanced by three more families making more than $280K

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
That would put the median HHI higher than Hudson, which used to be the highest Zip Code by median HHI. I don't see it.
