The boat launch ramp (and parking for the trailers) is a major access point to the lake for people who can't afford a yacht club/marina membership. And is there going to be demand to build right next to the sewage treatment plant?

The Future of America and Its Cities
A podcast: Urbanist and author Alain Bertaud of NYU talks about his book Order without Design with EconTalk host Russ Roberts. Bertaud explores the role of zoning and planning alongside the emergent factors that affect the growth of cities. He emphasizes the importance of cities as places for people to work and looks at how preferences and choices shape cities. Bertaud also reflects upon the differing perspectives of urban planners and economists. http://www.econtalk.org/alain-bertaud-on-cities-planning-and-order-without-design/

Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
At least three of the galleries in Little Italy now were little grocery stores when I moved there in 1979, and another was a hardware store. The laundromat is still going strong, however.
