  3. first of all...thanks a lot for such quick help... I did go through all the thread links in your post...and I did get some great info about the square. My only concern now would be...what should I consider as the boundary for where I should find an apartment in shaker squre..or more specifically which streets should be the limit on each side as far as safety is concerned (since my wife and I will be returning back from school/work quite late in the evening/night). I would really appreciate all the help I could get in that direction thanks again!!

    Hi, I am a student at CSU (Cleveland, OH) (will be living with my wife) and i had a question abt renting a semi-basement apt at shaker square... 1. Should I be worried about the apartment being particularly cold ( since its in part located in the basement) 2. Should I be worried about break-ins since the windows are almost along the ground. Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
