I don't get on these forums to get into discussions of why a tower needs to be scaled down for business reasons or whatever other nuances. All I know is I'm 31 and a lifetime Clevelander. This means in my time I've never been able to marvel at a Cleveland building getting erected thats over 500 feet (at least). When the Nucleus plan was announced i thought to myself maybe this is finally gonna be it, however it never fails. The mundane of Cleveland shoots down a wonderful serious skyline changing event with their reasons for hotel space being unwarranted or how its "too much mixed use space" or whatever other dumb ass f*cking reasons to keep Cleveland stuck in cement boots. I honestly would rather have a parking lot just to sh*t on the undesirables that want to pump that idea up. Yes the first thing we need is another 300 ft much to do about nothing building where instead one could have been sitting ripping up some serious air with our other lonely 4 buildings.

Just tell me when this can actually happen and when realistically construction start.

Anyone know why there deciding to make he Medical Mart Building horizontal instead of vertical? Which to me and almost everyone else is a sexier look. Also can someone explain to me in laymen terms whats the meaning in mayday's latest picture?

Someone let me know when theres talks of a new skyscraper that about the only thing that intrests me. I don't care what anyone thinks or says of that.

I love that report, lets me know the same, things are moving along very slowly. Don't get me wrong I love the fact that i actually got to see a video of a Cleveland report on construction/renovation. I don't know if its been asked yet but, has anyone seen those hastily made tourism videos of Cleveland? Thoughts on it if you have?

I didnt say OmniMax ok. Read what I wrote "IMAX". OmniMax only plays documentarys of wildlife etc. Imax plays actual movies that are out. I'd love to see Terminator Salvation in one.

Does anyone know if there will be an Imax theater being built in Cleveland?

So now that the feds arrested two men from building and housing department because of taking bribes, does anyone think the curruption will subside and these threads of proposed building will finally start going through? Anyone that doesn't know what I'm talking about go watch the local news or go to their websites.

So how far along is the expecting wait time of the SUPERIOR AVENUE OFFICE TOWER? I'm sure 4 to 5 years is in order the way this city is.

Since the site by the convention center wants an additional 7 million, and the city concil will not oblige what are the chances of it being built by Tower City?
