Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
http://planning.city.cleveland.oh.us/designreview/drcagenda/2015/09042015/index.php Not a fan of how many more seats will bee removed nor the addition of red brick! I wish they would address the overwhelming negative response of the upper right deck boxes. MAny poor design decisions in reducing this ballpark a minor league field.

I wonder why the furthest north post was not evenly spaced as the others along West Mall Drive. Has anyone else noticed this?

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Does anyone know how many more seats will be eliminated for this next round of renovations? The only part that bothers me with what is proposed is the red brick arched window details. Not sure what this details has to do with the ballpark design. I also agree they should sink some money into fixing the upper right field decks from phase one.

Does anyone know what the budget was for The CIMP was? I would be interested to see how much difference in price there is for a 42 million dollar engineering building

I would like to know as well what that indicates on the plans. I have asked all commissions and architects involved in these plans I haven received any response.

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
Just would like to know where the dumpsters and all the mechanicals are going. The ordering and pickup window placement appears to bottleneck the side entrance into the cafe. The same can be said for the interior side of that entrance. That appears to be the only entrance into the kitchen area for wait staff. Why would this design put a order/pickup window on a side where here isn't any seating? Has Narchitects ever designed a restaurant prior to this? Too many unanswered details for this project to be approved.

It appears the tilt begins at the 26th floor. The lowest point with the angled tilt along the mall side appears to be at the 22nd floor

I will say that the view from the back side relates to the architecture of Rhodes Tower. Not sure if that was necessary to emanate. This building belongs in a suburban setting. The front lawn wasn't needed. .

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
http://www.flatsforward.org/#!settlers-fountain/cgr9 Settler's Landing Fountain Project Residents Allen and Cathy Griffin of Riverbend Condominiums, were able to show their civic pride by commissioning paint and supplies to restore the Settler’s Landing Fountain and surrounding railings. With help from our friends at the Port of Cleveland, Flotsam and Jetsam assisted in reaching portions of the fountain that extended over the River. Shows what great citizens of Cleveland can accomplish! Their efforts made the solstice photo shoot shine at Settler's Landing Park

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
For comparison. The first 2 renderings are what the project's cafe was proposed since 2013 The third image was the design from fall of 2014. In my opinion the first design is still the best.

No because that is a monument to the service of the citizens whom fought during The Civil War. It is not a building

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
I am not a fan. This design has nothing to do with what has been shown for years. The biggest question, I have always had, is how a building of any kind is allowed on the grounds of Public Square? Moses Cleaveland laid the square out as public land never to built on and now we will have cafe selling alcohol ,burgers, and fries. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and carry it to the open space. Now we will have a structure that blocks the views surrounding the park, Always interesting to have renderings not showing all the mechanicals. I have written to Land_Studio, The Group Plan Commission, and Cleveland City Planning Commission to explain whom the proposed operator was and how hey were allowed to dictate the design. Every shape proposed has been an oval and now it is trapezoidal. This definitely needs to be redesigned and not settled on just because the designers have pushed the timetable til the last possible moment. The RNC is no reason to approve this and again this facility should never have been allowed on Public Square. I want the park to remain building free unless i is some structure that honors the service of our citizens.

It is great to see the "stainless steel" glass panels covered in dimensional detailing. Along with the canopy, the podium base is getting better everyday
