  8. At $80 million, it was considered too expensive. KJP Thank you for the information
  9. What happened to the serpentine bridge design that was first unveiled with Mayor Jackson's latest lakefront development plan? Has that design already been scrapped? This design lacks imagination.
  10. http://www.sierraus.com/commercial/office-retail-property-flats-east-bank-cleveland/ this website has further descriptions of the phase 2 plans along with another rendering of The Aloft Hotel and Ernst & Young Tower entrance plaza
  11. Thanks for the updated photographs. I am not a fan of the ventilation stacks. The scale and amount appear to be a complete miss to the historic fabric set forth in original Mall design architecture. The color choice of the precast concrete panels feels off as well as the lamp posts chosen.
  12. http://www.noaca.org/asiatranspstreet2010.pdf There are some renderings and explanations of how the project is broken down in phases

  17. Has anyone heard if any of The New Group Plan Commission's mall recommendations will be implemented or was this all just a pipe dream.
  18. http://www.dimitarchitects.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=133&Itemid=147 Sad about 6611 Euclid Ave. This is what could have been done to convert this structure

  21. I reserve judgement until the project is finished.
  22. Great photos! Clevelander's look very fit
  23. I may be in the minority but I miss the plaza at The Erieview Tower. The Galleria architecturally blent well with the original structure. I remember ice skating on the plaza and always marveled at the space.
  24. What is the dark patched areas in the sidewalk? Is it just a change in concrete color The design seems to simple for Tower City Center's entrance
