What excites me about these plans is the possabilities for the mall to have human interaction. This could become The Millennium Park of Cleveland.

I find it interesting that the same conditions are involved on the Euclid-Ninth Tower as 668 Euclid Ave. There is a gem waiting to be rediscovered as well. I wonder if anyone knows of any plans to restore this tower.
