I'm not interested in a development with a catchy name and a gym. Are there other sorts of livable spaces where owning is an option? I'm having trouble finding them and hope you can help me out. Here are my criteria: * lots of light * exposed brick * wood ceilings and/or beams * no, or very little, "luxury" elements (e.g. glass bathroom sinks, carpeting, home-depot-style cabinets, etc.) Thanks http://is.gd/mChX
