This flat out is a ridiculous statement.

Charge limits can be set/adjusted in car and in the Tesla app.

It was also on a Friday night. Indeed, shocking! After FCC's final home match, I went to Adriatico's and there was a line to get a table. It was still that way at 9 PM when I left. On a Sunday!
  4. Akash has been in business for over a decade.
  5. Recommendations are in!
  6. Wow... exactly one week after the last Reds home game of the season.
  7. Ditto on the lunchtime tour. Overall, the store itself is very nice. They do have a bar. However it is upstairs in the food court and you can't bring beverages downstairs as you have to leave the store to use the stairs/elevators. All the carts are the smaller type and they have cupholders. Unlike in Oakley which has a bar and no carts with cupholders.
  8. Take a look back at page 3 of the thread. Original plan was for two more condo buildings. In 2014-2015, they floated building one larger apartment building. They will have some serious competition with The Artistry now under construction down the street.
  9. Five+ years later... rumblings that Towne is again looking to start Phase II.
  10. Speaking of Big Ash, their self-serving taproom opened Friday in the former Tumbleweeds / Los Portales Mexican restaurant in Skytop Pavilion. It's an interesting concept, but a hassle when they are busy. I'll allow for them to work the kinks out and visit again in the coming months. 11. Stop by the Oakley Kroger. You can shop with an adult beverage or sit at the bar and try samples. Limit two full pours per person. It's generally always busy.
  12. Me either. However, I am looking to have a beer while I shop.
  13. How about a growler station / wine bar??
  14. I think that store actually has 20-25 Uscans. Oakley Kroger recently added more Uscans; I think they are up to 18 or 24.

Toss that cease-and-desist in the trash where it belongs. Here is Tesla’s response to the NHTSA Cease and Desist.
  18. I'd estimate that only 1/2 the people crossing E. Pete Rose Way at the Purple People Bridge actually activate the beacon. It'd be much better if the trigger was installed under the tactile paving of the crosswalk.
  19. ^ I used to work at the location in Moraine. Not sure what the difference is between that location and this new one by the mall.
  20. Nearly 3 years later, construction activity happening again at this location.
  21. Because this site has had multiple proposals that have not come to fruition. However, with this being the most underwhelming of them all, it no doubtfully will be built with Cranley in power.
  22. Really enjoyed their food but you are right, a sit down lunch was not an option for most downtown workers. I used Ritual a couple times to get a pick-up from them. Somehow they were always able to get an order ready in 15-20 minutes.
  23. Carew Tower refills former Boi Na Braza space Months after Boi Na Braza closed its downtown Cincinnati restaurant, Carew Tower has a new tenant that will fill the space. JP Morgan Chase & Co. has signed a long-term lease for 10,000 square feet of space in the iconic tower. Work is already underway transforming the former restaurant into a JP Morgan Chase branch. Andrew Blight, vice president of corporate communications with JP Morgan Chase, said the nation’s largest bank is “excited” to open a location in Carew Tower. Cont

Why no tornado sirens? Dayton officials respond. Some residents have asked Dayton leaders why they didn’t hear emergency warning sirens during Monday’s tornadoes. The answer is simple: Dayton doesn’t have them. About 20 years ago, Dayton decided to unplug its warning siren system on the grounds the it was too expensive to operate. Cont
