Cincinnati police investigating brutal attack in heart of Over-the-Rhine A vicious attack in Over-the-Rhine ended in the death of a Cincinnati man — a man who friends said was known to support bars and restaurants in OTR. Friends of the victim and police sources said he and his wife had left the FC Cincinnati game Wednesday night and were walking down 14th Street near Vine Street when they noticed a car driving the wrong way down the one-way street. They tried to alert the driver when sources said the woman who was behind the wheel got out and attacked the man. Cont
