The ceremonial keg might have been mini but it was also on tap at both bars. As I find with most Moerlein beers, it is just average. Zero hint of the hops...

So does this mean Charlie Winburn, who has pulled petitions to run for county recorder against Democrat Wayne Coates, won't be asked to run? Winburn: I’ll run for county commissioner if asked Cincinnati City Councilman Charlie Winburn said Monday he will run for Hamilton County commissioner if asked and could use $500,000 in campaign contribution pledges for a different county office he planned to seek for the campaign. “I’m willing to serve wherever the citizens would like,” Winburn, a Republican, said in an interview. “If I’m asked to serve as a county recorder or county commissioner, I will serve. Cincinnati City Councilman Charlie Winburn is considering a run for Hamilton County Commissioner. “I’ve always had a dream of running for county commission. I was told to wait for my turn, and I did that. I’m a team player.” Cont

That courtyard has been used the past few years during Taste/Oktoberfest for government employees and their friends/family. Granted I've only seen a few dozen people in there at any one time.

August 2016 rules out the available plot on the Freedom Center's lawn. And at 12,00 square feet, it would take up the majority of space in Phase II. Which would also seem to rule out this: Meanwhile, the 6,000 square foot space for Two Bits at The Banks has seen zero work on it since their December 2014 announcement.

Roundy’s brings to Kroger an expanded footprint with a complementary base of 151 stores and 101 pharmacies in new geographies including Milwaukee, Madison and Northern Wisconsin, which are served under the Pick ‘n Save, Copps and Metro Market banners. ^ "Among the don'ts: No one from the public will be allowed to board the streetcar during the rigorous, months-long safety testing phase. City and transit authority officials reiterated that on Monday, a day after an OTR resident was allowed to walk on board the streetcar during an initial test in which a tow truck slowly pulled the powerless vehicle around the 3.6-mile route. After a brief ride, the resident exited the streetcar without incident."

I'd still like to see the 16,000 sq ft TKILTBAG be used for a grocery. Per the The Banks website, Phase II only has 19,000 square feet of space for retail.

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
So few people have ridden the bus that they don't know what happens when somebody in a wheelchair gets on or gets off. When people say the streetcar isn't faster than a bus on the same route, they're wrong because the boarding process (handicapped or otherwise) is much faster. Amy Murray has often talked about how great the Southbank Shuttle is but I don't think she has ever witnessed its wheelchair boarding process. The driver has to park and get out to operate a lift at the back of the bus. Easily 5+ minutes; not great for traffic say around rush hour at the Walnut & Freedom Way stop. Also, the steps on the shuttle are much steeper then Metro/Tank buses which I've seen cause boarding issues with older riders.
