Love too! In my rear view mirror... :-P
  2. ...and these alleys have had open container events before.
  3. ^Nicholson's has Dragon's Milk on tap occasionally. Good stuff. Although Beer Advocate says it's only 8% ABV.
  4. ^^According to New Belgium reps, they will not be expanding into Ohio in 2010. They are currently unable to handle the demand that the likes of Ohio or Florida would produce. They added Indiana, Georgia (some areas), Tennessee, and the Carolina's in 2009. Map I'm happy that I can now drive 20min to get their beer instead of having it "imported" from Chicago or St. Louis. Their 1554 Black Ale is one of my favorites.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far! Unfortunately, a trip to Cleveland would add on to the overall price tag... ;-) Any Nati location suggestions?

Greetings all I haven't purchased a bicycle since 1993. My Schwinn mountain bike was retired last summer. The girlfriend and I are each looking for recommendations on street bikes. Price limit is $500. Any opinions out there?!

I call it Hell, unless I am at the airport leaving, in Kettering, or having a pizza at Marion's or a beer at South Park Tavern.
  8. ^ I just had a bottle of Yuengling Friday night. Guy bought it somewhere in Liberty Township

    Welcome back!
  10. Would love to know who the retail tenants are. There seriously needs to be a UDF in there! Any new Skywalk (to Atrium) talk?
  11. The former National City Tower (SE 4th & Vine) is owned by Great American and not all their operations will be going into QCS so maybe they'll take the naming rights?
  12. Brent Spence designs? Yawn By Mike Rutledge • [email protected] • March 1, 2010 COVINGTON - Should designers try harder to create an "internationally acclaimed design" for the proposed new Brent Spence Bridge? Don't worry, says Fred Craig, vice president of Parsons Brinckerhoff, the company serving as project engineer for a new bridge to carry Interstate 71/75 traffic across the Ohio River. Engineers will produce a more compelling design than the "very preliminary" images that were made public in early February, he said. cont.
  13. Across from the Rose garden at GABP
  14. At the site now. Large pour still in progress at 5:20 p.m. in the eastern section of 1b. Oh, and the crawler has been moved out so that they can level the dirt. Will try to post a pic.
  15. There is still a fairly large portion of Phase 1b that still requires foundation poured. Currently the crawler crane is positioned in the middle, assisting in building the garage decks surrounding it. I'd guess sometime in April they'd have Phase 1b garages complete.

  17. Awesome! Thanks for the pics! Still weird to see Delta signage in downtown Minneapolis... There is a lot of history behind getting a new stadium for the Twins. From contraction to the current economy, it's lucky this thing got built.
  18. Anyone know how the Righteous Room books their DJs?

Love downtown Minneapolis. What, no Hiawatha Light Rail shots?!?
  21. Dallas streetcar wins, but is it a good thing? From article: "Getting federal money is surely welcome at City Hall, but it does have a downside. The city's plan to build a line on its own could have been completed as quickly as three years. Working through the federal funding process is certain to take considerably longer." Wasn't 2012 the believed finish date should Cincinnati get grant(s)?
  22. ^And New Orleans is fully funded by TIGER.
  23. Boise also didn't get funds, but they were considered a long shot. More importantly, this article states that their Mayor "will be in Washington, D.C. from Feb. 23 to 25 to attend a "streetcar summit" to learn about future federal funding opportunities". Anyone familiar with this "summit"?
