Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Downtown's are reshaped all the time; I wouldn't mind a few 30 story buildings in my neighborhood of Avondale.
-
Cincinnati: Housing Market / Affordable Housing
As long as we don't make a cavern of development along the river, we need to note that the river's beauty is enhanced when it mixes the commercial with nature not when it suplants nature for commercial.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Provident Camera Building (7th Street)
Not nice 7th street is lacking people, it is lacking people. With Macy's and the bars nearby it wouldn't be a bad spot for condos.

this is so new york, crammed location and accesssible to everything.
-
Newport, KY: SouthShore Condominiums
^Doesn't sound silly at all, companies rely upon strong branded identity and many companies use the Cincinnati, Ohio name because it confers much more recognition than any of the other local cities, suburbs, municipalities etc. My company is located in Covington and yet for outside communication we mention Cincinnati, Ohio.

Biggest Fears/Concerns For Your City
My biggest fear for the city is that people like me want be drawn to this place. I'm firmly international/multicultural in my perspective and I love diversity. Great assets here but just need a little more to put it together, I'll give the city a chance but will others.

Cincinnati: Xavier University: Development and News
Great news for Avondale. Having the Reading Rd projects and the Dana project together mark this as good news for the community.
-
Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
I usually inform people about the costs of Fountain Square but when I hear the frequency of such claims indicates that the city isn't doing all it could to stem purblic perception and further more there could be a regional effort to show people that everyone is on board in making this entire region stronger by showing unity.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Location and desirability necesitate that nothing here should be under 450K
-
Newport, KY: Newport Pavilion
How many times will the same retail be replicated around here? I'm getting tired of these development concepts. I know its market reality but it is also frustrating.

Ohio & National Intercity Bus Discussion
Been in China for the past 6 months and I rode these type of buses all the time connecting cities and they are typically sub American standard but they still work really well.

Cincinnati: Clifton: Hebrew Union College News & Info
sounds like something that should get a lot of media attention

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
chains are a good idea to help build presence for parts of OTR. I like unique shops and I also welcome soe retail familiarity, thois would align with the majority of cats out there.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I live in Avondale. Work in Covington. Went to school at Walnut Hills High School. Go to Sawyer Point as often as I can. Travelling the world right now (writing from Chiang Mai Thailand) doing adventure/outdoorsy stuff and looking forward to being back in Cincinnati in 5 weeks.

Cincinnati: State of Downtown
I liked Roxanne gutsy with a good perspective on things. I'm glad she's still active in the city.

Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
Fountain Square is destined to be the touristy part of downtown along with the Banks that'll mean smaller shops popping up other places downtown. I can live with that scenario moreso than an endless wonder of Starbucks throughout.
