Yes, they do have 'Hotel Suites' that come entirely furnished. They run like $2800/month. You can also rent out the hotel suites (non-furnished) on a month-to-month basis. The apartments are spacious, and there is gated (non-covered parking) which is free for the first year. Everything is brand new in the apartments and they are energy efficient. One Bedroom's now run anywhere from 950-1300. Two bedroom's start at 1300. My only complaint is that their isn't enough closet space, but I love the place and that really is my only complaint.
