Hi. My name is Steve and I recently purchased a property in Grafton Hill. I am very new to rehabbing homes and could use a lot of advice regarding anything that anybody would like to share such as if there is any grant money or special loans for rehabbing in Grafton Hill and any information regarding how to find out what kind of structural/architectural modifications are acceptable/not acceptable.
