  7. It's official! For you 2 wheelin peeps, check it out! http://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/twowheeler/ In October 2008 the City will launch a Downtown pilot program to create reduced rate, 10-hour parking meters specifically for two-wheelers. Two-wheelers include motorcycles, motor scooters and mopeds. Why? Two-wheelers are gaining popularity and more people are riding them Downtown. They take less space to park, are more fuel efficient than cars, and cause less damage to our streets. They also can’t park in most garages Downtown.

Those structures are huge steel-reinforced concrete columns that will be at least 75 feet deep. The columns go all the way to the bedrock, according to a release from The Banks Development Team. A 130-foot tall crane will be used in the process. About 12 columns will be built each day, with more than 2,000 needed for the first phase of The Banks. Crews broke ground on The Banks on April 2nd. For the past few months, workers have been clearing the site of the old Cinergy Field foundation. The Banks Development Team says work is on schedule, with most of the first phase to be completed by spring 2010. The first phase includes apartment, restaurants, retail, office space, parking garages and a possible hotel and/or grocery store. http://www.wcpo.com/news/local/story.aspx?content_id=f729a5ff-08bb-4d54-9c02-c953d68d04b8

  12. Nope, you got it! Looking towards the Shinjuku area of tokyo from Mejiro. Shinjuku (新宿区, Shinjuku-ku) is one of the 23 Special wards of Tokyo, Japan. It is a major commercial and administrative center, housing the busiest train station in the world (Shinjuku Station), and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the administration center for the government of Tokyo. Surrounding Shinjuku Station are department stores, specialist electronic and camera shops, cinemas, restaurants and bars. Many international hotels are located here. As of 2008, the ward has an estimated population of 312,418 and a density of 17,140 persons per km². The total area is 18.23 km².[1] Shinjuku has the highest numbers of registered foreign nationals of any community in Tokyo. As of October 1, 2005, 29,353 non-Japanese with 107 different nationalities were registered in Shinjuku.

  16. The quality of your pics is really amazing. In a more diverse America, a mostly white RNC GOP has tried to boost minority outreach, but setbacks have negated efforts Delegates at the Republican National Convention applaud Tuesday at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. updated 4:16 a.m. ET, Thurs., Sept. 4, 2008 ST. PAUL, Minn. - Organizers conceived of this convention as a means to inspire, but some African American Republicans have found the Xcel Energy Center depressing this week. Everywhere they look, they see evidence of what they consider one of their party's biggest shortcomings. As the country rapidly diversifies, Republicans are presenting a convention that is almost entirely white. Only 36 of the 2,380 delegates seated on the convention floor are black, the lowest number since the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies began tracking diversity at political conventions 40 years ago. Each night, the overwhelmingly white audience watches a series of white politicians step to the lectern — a visual reminder that no black Republican has served as a governor, U.S. senator or U.S. House member in the Hold up! I found another black person in the crowd.
  17. The Nutter Mc C crowd is as white as a norwegian cruise line.
