Buy a Honda 600 minicar like mine , you sit on the ground so when you are running 25 it feels like 40 also it travels a nice slow 0-60 in 24 seconds. 8-) The 2 cylinder motorcycle engine is pretty good on gas too perfect for saving $ you will be paying for insurance as a result of your leadfeet.
  8. I cannot believe how happy I am to hear about Chipotle on the square. Awesome!!
  9. Scoop up the blacktop, the original cobblestone streets are in great shape where the new gas lines havn't screwed them up From wikipedia A soapbox is a raised platform on which one stands to make an impromptu speech, often about a political subject. It is also used to express concerns or to release frustration, and can often simply serve to stroke the egos of the shrill and self-important. The term originates from when speakers would stand on a wooden box meant for holding soap. The term is also used metaphorically to describe a person engaging in often flamboyant impromptu or unofficial public speaking, as in the phrases "He's on his soapbox", or "Get off your soapbox." Hyde Park, London is known for its Sunday soapbox orators, who have assembled at Speakers' Corner since 1872 to discuss religion, politics, and other topics. A modern form of the soapbox is a blog: a website on which a user publishes one's thoughts to whomever reads the page.

Congrats on the scoot! Be prepared for expensive routine maintenance on the newer vespas like oil changes, and tires. They kind of lock you in so you void the warranty doing the work yourself. I bought my old vespas because they are so easy to work on and I am a cheapass when it comes to spending money on transportation. Good to have another scoot on the road, just watch out for crazy cagers!!! I had a lady pull a lefty in front of me 2 weeks ago and she totalled my scooter. Buy a full face helmet if you want to save your jaw in an accident!
  12. Freaking ugly building. 10 times worse than what was there before. Surface lot is awful too.

  15. Go back to Cincinnati you punk!". Then he got in his car, pulled up to me down the block, and yelled a few more expletives. I cooly said back to him "hey, I'm not the one smoking crack on Sunday morning". I said the same thing to a girl with KY plates shooting up in front of my house yesterday.
  16. That goofy church sure has messed up that area, too much traffic for me to ever want to go around there anymore.
  17. Neighborhood name branding drives me nuts, reminds me of the burbs..Just call it what it is "W 4th". Short and sweet.

Don't confuse Art Deco with Art Moderne. Sorry I'm an Art Moderne Snob  Moderne, a style that followed Art Deco, is closely related but lacks the intricate geometric Art Deco ornamentation. It is also known as streamlined architecture: banded windows, smooth stone surfaces, and stainless steel trim and railings are characteristic of this style. Union Terminal is the best example of Moderne in Cincinnati. There are few houses of this style. http://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/cdap/images/cdap_img3771_t.jpe&imgrefurl=http://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/cdap/pages/-3789-/&h=220&w=200&sz=24&hl=en&start=22&tbnid=p3oX6bx4ZmNriM:&tbnh=107&tbnw=97&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dart%2Bmoderne%2Bcincinnati%26start%3D19%26gbv%3D2%26ndsp%3D20%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN
