The best kroger in the city(has all basics without sifting thru 1000 different brands) is on Vine st 1 block east of the propsed streetcar line, we don't need a big suburban big box kroger downtown and no way do we need it in OTR.

If somebody has a Sharonville or Mason below their name I don't even bother to read it WGAF what they think, they can ride around in their car while I ride my streetcar. :-P Like Bortz stated this IS the most important thing to happen in cincinnati in the last 75 years.

I get giddy just thinking about a streetcar travelling up Main towards me to pick me up at 12th and take me to Findlay Market. :-D

Maximillian replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Southwest Ohio Projects & ConstructionI went to Graeters on FS last night. For those of you who have been there already, do you think the interior is a bit bland?? It feels like being in a movie theatre at the refreshment/popcorn purchasing area. It is not very Family friendly(only high stools) I don't know I wasn't very impressed, a bunch of people were milling around and leaving without buying anything. Maybe they heard there was free ice cream or something. I will try it again on the weekend.

Thank you cramer for the live action!! I am sick with the flu and couldn't go. I am going to take cecil thomas off my signature, he is for this moment forgiven.- Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
Has anyone here walked the entire route from GAB to Mcmicken and back? Try it on a Sat or Sunday morning. This freakin thing better get built! :-D- Cincinnati: Clifton Heights: University Park Apts/Calhoun Street Marketplace
Do you think somebody in Sharonville or some other strange suburb knows where the Gateway quarter or The brewery District is? The OTR name MUST be included. Brewery District-OTR Gateway Quarter-OTR. Lets gve OTR the positive light it needs and deserves. Look at he title of this thread. CUF: Calhoun St Project.- Cincinnati: Clifton Heights: University Park Apts/Calhoun Street Marketplace
It's called "OVER THE RHINE" not "OVER THE Q"- Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
Maximillian replied to The_Cincinnati_Kid's post in a topic in Southwest Ohio Projects & Construction. Thats a cool idea! When you get out of the Nati people don't know what OTR is, they think it means Over the Road or Old Time Radio. I originally was going to do the OTR part in German letter Fonts.- Cincinnati: Restaurant News & Info

I don't live downtown, but I'm on the other side of Liberty. I may be interested.- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Geewiz :-o I bring up the words "smelly bus" and it conjures up images of armegeddon(sp?) FYI Sizer, I did some yard work this morning with no deodorant and I let my hairy armpits breathe afterwards! Now I know how nice it was for the girl on the bus and I have new respect. I will no longer rant about smelly hairy armpits or Drug abuser coming off his High and crapping themselves next to me on a full bus where I can't escape. Lets get back to the Banks Discussion.- Cincinnati: Clifton Heights: U Square @ the Loop
You actually shop there?? You may officially be the only person on this forum that supports walmart.- Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
The streetcar will fit into my Findlay Market shopping schedule as well. Although I am going to miss walking to Findlay and Ding-Dong-Ditching Michael R's Place :-D JK Michael, I have never done that. It is difficult to buy watermelons and other heavy produce and walk that kind of distance back to the house. I will also be able to eliminate 1 car from the equation which I can't wait to do!- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Yea but a streetcar is not a bus, I LOVE streetcars and don't care for buses, I only ride them when I am desperate. I don't care if a crackhead or your smelly hairy armpit sat next to me on the streetcar. :-D- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Yea your right nothing is ever anybodys fault, If he hadn't also smelled like pot/cigarettes/alcohol nevermind it's not his fault.- Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Ok if you want me to tell you, I once had a gentleman with CRAP literally LEAKING out of his pants onto my part of the seat of the bus, you can kinda imagine the smell.. Another time, A nice woman in a tank top decided to let her hairy armpits "breathe" and she extended her arms outward behind my seat. I can go on and on but I don't want to gross out the other forumers. Both of these particular times mentioned. Route 4 to Evanston from Reading Rd. - Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
