  5. That quickmart is a nuisance for the mulberry hill area. The drug dealing and prostituion going on and around the parking lot and the trash and lighting are disgusting. Is the building behind the quicky the one that is owned by the OTR foundation? That would have a great view from a restored balcony.
  6. Cincinnati 1) Drug dealers and the people that buy from them. 2) Sprawl. 3) City Council.
  7. Would you please stop posting pics of buildings "being lost"! :-(
  8. This locust guy is probably the same guy who wears the "Yuppies Stay away!" sign at the OTR and downtown tours of living and maybe he lives in west chester and is afraid that the gentrification he thinks is occuring will push the poor his way. LOL anyway I took a walk down mulberry, peete and alot of mulberry Hill and have to say this area has the most potential of any place in cincinnati for redevelopment. There are many vacant lots and abandoned buildings that need a little love. The residents, poor and wealthy are as friendly as can be and are a joy to talk with. I will take my new camera next time! 8-)

I have may well to do black neighbors it has nothing to do with racism. They are as excited about the new developments as I am. playing the race card is so 90's
  11. That would be a great place for a condo! And can you imagine the smell coming from butternut bread every morning.. yum! It would be cool to have a loft inside of one of the fermenting tanks. yea the girls always bring their babies there to wave at their fathers in jail lol

  14. Damnabit! From channel 12 online: A portion of a long-time Cincinnati brewing company is now rubble. Wednesday crews demolished two buildings that used to house the Hudepohl Shoenling Brewing Company in Queensgate. The buildings are being demolished to make room for development. Hudepohl ended its 116 year history in Cincinnati in 2001. Developers are attempting to save some of the historic pieces of the building, including the smokestack bearing the Hudepohl name. What for more jail space?? ugghh

The guys I'm talking about are the drug dealers and their spotters. They have a job to attract buyers and look for the cops.

The police need to enforce the loitering laws on vine. Theres nothing like walking to krogers with a group of 10 young black men yelling racist comments at you while threatening your safety, I just want a gallon of milk leave me alone! :x
