Denver Airport conspiracy theory http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Denver_Airport_conspiracy_theory#Underground_facilities_exist_to_either_hold_detainees.2C_or_the_headquarters_of_the_New_World_Order. http://thechive.com/2012/03/08/something-is-rotten-in-the-denver-airport-25-photos/ The Denver Airport, built in 1995 on 34,000 acres or 53 square miles, twice the size of Manhattan and designed in the shape of a swastika, does not have as many gates and runways as the old Stapleton Airport had and has incorporated more acreage than an airport could possibly use. The original estimated cost of the airport was $1.7 B, but eventually construction drove the bill up to $4.8B, almost three times the original estimate, not to mention the fact that it is located in a “high wind area,” unlike the original Stapleton. According to Phil Schneider, one of the original engineers on the project who supposedly strangled himself with a tourniquet, there is a 4.5 square mile city and an 88.5 square mile military base under the airport that goes 8 levels deep. For 17 years, Schneider designed miles of underground concrete tunnels, wide enough for a two-lane highways with sprinklers running across the ceiling every two feet and enclosed on the ends with massive steel doors. Over a third of the dirt that was removed for the construction of the Panama Canal was removed from underneath the Denver Airport. According to airport officials, 5 buildings were constructed and then buried because

NYC: World Trade Center
please do. did you get to go to the top? it's not fair! lol 86th Floor. Took a wooden elevator from 33 up to 86. Of course we got stuck for 10 minutes. This was 2 hours before that massive snow storm hit. Will transfer the photos from my phone later on. 1 WTC really sticks out at you on the glide path into LGA. Conde Nast and ?? China Services signed leases already, and port authority did as well.

Offenses have changed a ton, and you can multiple offenses out of spread formations. Not that long ago the Big 12 was a run heavy conference, household names at RB. The change there started with Stoops and Jason White at QB. Dude has 75 TDs in 2 seasons. Soon thereafter the rest of those programs started slinging the ball all over, but much differently than the stuff Tiller did at Purdue. Defenses are can be in the nickel or dime often these days.

Cincinnati, best building or development?
Interesting, if you are serious. I was wondering about the facility that manufactured the heat shields for the mercury and apollo missions and the former crowley facility that produced radios. Carew is one of my first thoughts.

Cincinnati, best building or development?
What do you consider to the best, most important, building - development is Greater Cincy. It can be anything, residential, retail, government-municipal (Union Terminal), office, manufacturing, higher education etc.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
True, but 312 Elm, 312 Plum, 311 Elm renovation, 302 W Third Neyer renovation, Delta call center on W. 7th, Greenwich, Grammercy, Groton, etc/ well within that span.

Cincinnati: Downtown: 84.51°
If a residential building is built on top of Macys that would block a view to Dunhumby Centre. 525 Vine is next to that.

I think you might accurate with this take, http://www.urbancincy.com/2013/08/dunnhumbyusa-constructs-transformative-building-at-fifth-and-race/

Cincinnati: Downtown: 84.51°
Hard to tell from the photos, not that detailed........but more of a mid town building not suburban. Typical Suburban, 80's 90's, late 90's 2000's Mid Town

Cincinnati: Downtown: Renaissance Hotel (Bartlett Building Redevlopment)
Up to ownership to fill them, not the city. No idea what future vacancy rates might be. 312 rooms, and a luxury name looks like a good development. The Residence Inn and 21 C are about 130-150 rooms. Competition means other operators have to make renovations from time to time. What do we have here, 8 hotels in the CBD? (with 3 more coming). Indy probably has 15.
