That tenant mix seems pretty strong for Dayton. I know nobody wants the same stuff as Columbus, but that is the way retailers pick locations.
If all the high-end retailers like Burberry don't want to go to one of the C's then why would they go to Dayton?
I am just happy they didn't build a power center with a WMT on that site. This is going to be way better, especially since Dayton hasn't had much in terms of loft apartments and offices.
But you are right about Funny Bone. It could be worse. It could be Shadowbox Cabaret or as I like to think of it: community theater with burn-out alternative types. Keep the drinks flowing.
