Wow, murray hill. Thanks for the good sales pitch, we are deff trying to to betop of the line in everything, and id like to say we are only 60% full of what we want to do there. I hope to be bring a great fitness atitude to the cleveland area. As for parking, we are now allowed to validate parking from 5-8am, and 5-9 pm and on weekends. That's about as free as you get downtown, and I hear out neighbors started charging for their members, so hopefully that helps us. I'm glad you liked the place! Please introduce yourself when your thru!

If I may comment on some of these topics. I have been in the wyse space many times and it is beautiful. If I were to guess about certain aspects that some people disagree with I would have to guess that my landlords and wyse were stuck to very high "restoration of historic buildings" standards. Wyse does not even have its own street entrance. Perhaps to get the tax credits, kd was unable to change the origional facade. I know in my space I wanted to expose some more of the awesome brick wall running the length of my space, but we were not allowed to due to historic society guildlines. We had to maintain certain ceiling heights at out entry ways and along our frontage. Perhaps wyse didn't want that height? And why would anyone sspeculate why they'd move in unless they knew what the terms or perks of their lease agreement was? Why would I open a 20000 square foot gym right next to a competitor unless there was something in it for me??? As for zinc being in the back.... its actually built dead center in the building and uses a large portion of the atrium for seating and carry out and outside bar of the patio. I can also say that id make an educated guess that most of the space was designed around zinc. Not the atrium space, but the whole building. Again, don't assume that zinc just rented what ever space was remaining... Oh, by the way. Come to Titans Gym and the TitanUp Cafe

Build out of titans is moving along. Rough electric is on Monday theplumbing and hvac going in. The rest of the drywall. Goes up in about a week. We will have cardio kick boxing, regualr boxing, spinning and some boot camp and yoga classes. Trying to line the classes up now, but its hard to do withthe schedule for opening being moved to many time. As of now I'm guessing first part of May. At least that's when I havemost of the equipment coming! The cafe and tanning will be ready to go a as soon as I get the ok to move in!

this is fairly correct. non residence have to get to Zinc from the patio/parking ramp area on euclid. one needs a FOB to get into the building. Zinc is directly across the "Atrium" of the building from the back of titans. so, its sort of in the middle of the west side of the building.

i am not sure what shed things you are talking about, but i have been in the Wyse space and it is beautiful. i will be going there later in the week with the my contractor and i will swing over to look at these things and let you know. i can tell you though, i doubt anything there is out of place. the amount of detail the spent on everything at 668 is amazing.

Construction is supposed to start this week on the Titans space, or should I say demolition first as they have to demo the space being used as the temp leasing office and CCI offices. I will probably be going down often to check on the progress they are making on the space and i can get some inside pics. what would you like them of? Caddyshack opens this month, but there is no convienence store as caddyshack rented the other store front opposite Titans. the caddyshak space is very cool and should be a fun place to hang out, grab a drink, and hit some golfballs with your buddies. they also have 4 wii stations. as for the titans space, it looks great and now, i can not wait for you all to see it when things start and are done. it will be great! the aerobics room overlooking the atrium is beautiful. i think i can answer some questions if anyone has any. My wife and i are going to be renting an apartment for sure down there. she loved them as soon as she saw the model. they are great and very spacious.

I had the oppertunity to walk thru my space the other day with the contractors and also had Brooke of the K&D Group show me the rest of the building. The building has made huge prgress since the last time I was down there. The atrium area is coming along great and will be a beautil center piece for the building. The Wyse Advertising space is wonderful as is the future leasing office and main corridors of the building. I also took a tour of my neighbors place, "Caddyshack" and I think they are bringing a very fun and unique experience to the Cleveland area, especially for the Cleveland golfer that can only golf 6 months of the year. The apartments are amazing, they are very spacious, and with the way the floor plans are layed out, you can not even tell you have neighbors. The hallways must be 16 feet wide and give a great sense of open-ness. My wife and I are considering renting one just to be able to avoid the long winter drives. The apartments on the 2nd floor of Euclid have HUGE patios, one that was almost as large as the living room area. As for my poor Titans space. We had a good meeting discussing some odds and ends and talking about finishes, but I guess the scaffolding on Euclid maybe up a little longer than expected, so KD is unable to move into their offices, which are done. I think we will be able to start working on my lower lever in the basement sooner than that, and maybe some other space to tidy up before demo begins of their temp leasing offices. All I know is we are VERY excited to get started and provide the Cleveland area with a top notched wellness center. And, we are working out the 24 hour thing, I will have more info on this as time goes on.

"Anyone know when the gym will be open? I need to get my swole on for the ladies. " We can not start any contruction for Titans until K&D have moved their temporary leasing offices out of the space. I have been told that their new offices will not be complete until the end of November. I beleive they are trying to focus on getting Wyse finished and another level of the apartments on the Euclid side. Build out should take 2-3 months. I have been told March-ish. So you will be able to get your SWOLE on for the ladies soon enough!
