  1. The triangle south of COSI is getting a proposal!
  2. You can use the ibb image link to embed the image vs linking it.
  3. There are at least: Two three sites in Plain City/Dublin, three in Hilliard, and three in New Albany.
  4. Pretty sure they're only demoing the former Kash 'N Karry store while Kohl's will remain. They did a lot split in 2022.
  5. It's Record 24601-00002 No available attachments yet.
  6. It says it will redevelop the existing parcel so with the included structured parking language I don't see the building being saved.
  7. "BZA23-127 Proposal: To reorient parking within a parking lot after the termination of a mutual parking agreement. Variance(s) from 3312.49 – Minimum numbers of parking spaces required – To reduce the number of required parking spaces from 276 to 257. 3321.01 - Dumpster area - To allow the first three dumpsters in the southwest corner of the parcel to remain unscreened."
  8. The total enrollment for Worthington City School District was 6,920 in 1981. It was 10,621 in 2021.
  9. Exclusive: Crawford Hoying scraps plan for condo tower attached to Bridge Park hotel in favor of office building "'Even though we've had unbelievable success with condos, we are changing that tower to office,' Crawford said. "We think because of the prominent corner that it holds, the interest we've had and people wanting to be in this market, we think it makes a perfect office location." Crawford added that there will be "a number of first-class amenities" surrounding the office building and hotel, including a possible spa. That's in addition to other amenities planned for the project, including the Cameron Mitchell restaurant, more food and beverage options, multiple outdoor spaces and an event and conference center. Dublin City Council authorized a development agreement for the project this month, which Crawford called "a big step." The project still needs planning and zoning approval, but assuming that is approved by the city, construction will begin in late 2024, Crawford said." https://www.bizjournals.com/columbus/news/2023/12/21/crawford-hoying-cameron-mitchell-hotel-bridge-park.html
  10. I'm aware. The first proposal being the Shell station site from last month. "We'll see if anything is actually proposed for the Marathon parcel."
  11. Yeah that's weird. I wonder if something is planned for that parcel and it's just a oopsie they put it here. It's funny, just a couple months ago I needed gas and drove by these two stations. You can hardly tell they're open. Very rough and out of place here. I just assumed then that someone would buy them both and open up a large station on both parcels like a Sheetz. Pleasantly surprised by the first proposal. We'll see if anything is actually proposed for the Marathon parcel.
  12. Key Tower is actually almost 59 miles from that point!
  13. So the new ADS building is an Engineering and Technology Center. Their HQ will be at TruePointe. "Advanced Drainage Systems will move its headquarters into the new TruePointe development in Hilliard, part of a larger expansion for the stormwater management and equipment company. ADS plans to relocate 250 workers from its two current corporate offices, the main one across Trueman Boulevard from TruePointe, and a smaller office in Mill Run in Hilliard. The company's 75,000-square-foot lease in a new building at TruePointe is one of central Ohio's largest new office leases in recent years." https://www.dispatch.com/story/business/2023/09/28/truepointe-development-in-hilliard-signs-major-anchor-tenant/70981590007/
