It says it will redevelop the existing parcel so with the included structured parking language I don't see the building being saved.

Yeah that's weird. I wonder if something is planned for that parcel and it's just a oopsie they put it here. It's funny, just a couple months ago I needed gas and drove by these two stations. You can hardly tell they're open. Very rough and out of place here. I just assumed then that someone would buy them both and open up a large station on both parcels like a Sheetz. Pleasantly surprised by the first proposal. We'll see if anything is actually proposed for the Marathon parcel.

So the new ADS building is an Engineering and Technology Center. Their HQ will be at TruePointe. "Advanced Drainage Systems will move its headquarters into the new TruePointe development in Hilliard, part of a larger expansion for the stormwater management and equipment company. ADS plans to relocate 250 workers from its two current corporate offices, the main one across Trueman Boulevard from TruePointe, and a smaller office in Mill Run in Hilliard.
