  1. Though its in Ohio City, this one just sold for $1.25 million. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3119-Clinton-Ave-Cleveland-OH-44113/67561174_zpid/
  2. How long ago was that sale? I believe OCI has been located down the street on Lorain for about 4 years now. I would think that if OCI extended her existing lease that it would greatly deter any prospective buyers of the property. So let's say that that there was four years remaining on Karen's lease when the building was sold and she had sought and received a 5-year extension. If I'm Harsax, why would i buy a property for market rate when one of the prime leasable spaces is encumbered by well below market lease for 9 years?
  3. I'll underscore that I'm no expert in commercial real estate leasing, but I'm curious to see how many small restaurants would be able to pay $11k per month for that space. It is prime real estate, but still seems like a lot.
  4. Supplier delay. I'm not sure if it is the bollard manufacturer or some other key component, but the manufacturer had some major issue. Should be ready go start in spring 2024.
  5. Back when the Flats East Bank office building was under construction, there was a news story about the crane operator. In regards to the question above, the operator climbed the ladder everyday with two milk jugs with filled with water and then descended the ladder after work with the same jugs filled with a different liquid.
  6. The landowner is responsible for maintaining the bulkheads. Unless Bedrock received an earmark of some sort, they will have to pay for this work.
  7. The study was completed before George bought the property.
  8. Just about every game is on ESPN's website. Maybe I can access them because I have an ESPN+ account?? They sync the video feed with the radio announcers (either CSU's or the opponent's).
  9. I had the same thought when I first heard about the CSU plan, so I checked into the attendance figures. Its still early in the season, so its hard to extrapolate. On a tuesday in early November, the attendance was @1,800. On a Friday in mid November, the total attendance was @4,000.
  10. I'm not arguing your point, but Amazon HQ is located in the urban core of Seattle.
  11. I'm also very suspicious of this. There is a HUD rule that mandates that CMHA would have to replace any housing unit that it sells/demolishes. Except for the Lakeview Tower, I believe all of the housing there is on the National Register of Historic Districts. And CMHA is in the midst of a new master planning effort for Lakeview.
  12. For Bibb? Or insider info about what he's been doing?
  13. Regarding the ViewRay move, Cleveland.com reported the following: The medical device maker will continue to invest in its Oakwood operations, which will focus on product development and customer and physician training, a company spokeswoman said in an emailed response to questions. https://www.cleveland.com/news/2022/08/greater-cleveland-medical-device-maker-moving-hq-to-colorado.html
  14. ^looks like there are several more sections in the NW section of the parking lot.
