Cleveland: Mayor Frank Jackson
I'm very glad that CC featured that article. I haven't met anyone that has worked with Jackson who would disagree. Its frustrating to read the PD and see how ignorant many of these journalists.

That is a slogan that the Indy car race uses. The race is staged at the small airport that is directly north of downtown on Lake Erie.

The salt miles go down at least a mile (I think two). The city council members get a tour each year.

CLEVELAND - Pinnacle update!
I drive by this place everyday. From what I can tell on my seconds-long gaze, it appears to be filling up very slowly. I've seen more units with lights on. This week, I've noticed workers eating lunch on a balcony overlooking the lake. Little by little..

Cleveland: Shoreway Boulevard Conversion
I doubt it. If they keep the ramps, it adds about $3-4 million to the project because they'd completely rebuild them. Its cheaper just to eliminate them.

I remember Nashville's traffic being pretty bad (and I remember Nashvillians pretty much thinking that their city was the greatest place in the world..). How does Cincy's traffic compare?

Chicago: The Spire
i always felt that the areas around Chicago's high rise residential buildings (especially to the immediate south and west of Millenium Park) were pretty dead all things considered. I much prefer the northern neighborhoods to the north of Lincoln Park. There is something to be said for neighborhoods where you have to park on the street and walk to your flat (if you drive at all).
