Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
where could you do the staging? The logistics would be pretty difficult. I bet that 515 won't happen until 668 gets going. I believe that 668 will be auctioned off this week (sealed bid process).

How do you find out the history of a building / address
In Cleveland, you would check out the county auditor site. It gives a lot of history on each parcel number (or address). Cook County Auditor site??

Feagler: Parking In Dowtown Cleveland
^^more genius comments. 1. More surface lots in the city!!! 2. I didn't know that they had gotten rid of speed limits in the suburbs. 3. Also, I try to keep $499 worth of stuff or less out in the open when I park downtown. If you go over that amount, you are really asking for it.

With the location of Kassouf's parcels, I wouldn't be surprised if Wolstein decides to go forward without the land.

Wild Oats vs Fresh Market vs Whole Foods
Trader Joe's has a limited offering. Whole Foods is much better than Wild Oats. I have yet to visit a Fresh Market. Try the West Side Market for your meats and cheeses. Go to Trader Joes for the wine.

I no longer see the project at 28th and Detroit listed on the PURE website. I sure hope that it has not been cancelled.

Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
Or you could accomplish it by waving your magic wand and making manufacturing a booming and labor intensive industry that thrives on employing mass quantities of under-educated inner city denizens.

Who has the prettiest campus in Ohio?
I'd say that Case has a very unique campus. It has too many ugly buildings to really qualify as beautiful campus. But if you consider all the non-campus buildings in the area, then I see your point.

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Private role in med mart negotiations to be tricky Project tenant, landlord may need each other, but that alone won’t seal deal RELATED LINKS Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. Forest City Enterprises Inc. By JAY MILLER 4:30 am, August 13, 2007 Coming to terms on how as much as $500 million will be spent on a new convention center and medical merchandise mart could lead to one of the most dynamic business negotiations this community has seen. Most of that amount — as much as $450 million — will be public money for construction of the convention center. The rest is the private investment in this public-private partnership and that expenditure will be split between a property owner and a medical mart operator. Who has the prettiest campus in Ohio?
Kenyon College. I'd say that Denison is a pretty close second.

Cleveland / Ohio City Snow Removal
I live in the OC and my garage opens up to the alley. The city does plow it, but they only do so after plowing the main streets. It was difficult getting out on Valentines Day after we got the 2 feet of snow dumped on us, but a storm like that only happens every 3-4 of years at the most. I love having the alley though. If I had a long strip of concrete (driveway) taking up so much space that I had to shovel all the time, it would not be fun.

Cleveland: HealthLine / Euclid Corridor
I noticed one of the poles in playhouse square. The rest of them seem fine.
