Cleveland: Downtown: East 4th Street Developments
^are they the old lights? The Euclid Corridor Project is replacing all of the lights. I wouldn't be surprised if they simply cut the lights while construction is going on.

^If Pesht were a sure thing, then I'm sure that Stark would have announced it by now.

Um, I know that I should know. I know CPA was involved with the selection. Maybe PW is involved with the installation. Not my department...

Sort of. Kind of. The vases were on loan until someone purchased them. They are now somewhere in Florida. The giant balls with the strings around them are actually made of kryptonite.

I don't mind that there isn't much retail. We have a lot retail as is. It would be better to build up the residential density and then add retail in later phases.

Thanks for telling us to disregard that info. Is there anything else that we should disregard if you happened to tell us?

Best cell phone coverage in Cleveland?
There has been some issues around University Circle. Because of all the historical buildings and such, its been difficult for some providers to locate cellphone towers in that area. I had Cingular when I lived near Little Italy and I had some issues. Now that I'm in Ohio City, I never have issues with my reception.

Not sure. I never really hear much about its sales figures. I thought that it was 2/3 sold a while back. I could be wrong.

Walker Weeks was a bad idea from the get go. Horrible location. I'm not too sure about 1900, but people definitely live there. I don't think that the vacancy level was that high.

It doesn't appear that there is a timeline for the new construction. The renovation will start in October, but I'm sure that they'll try to get some presales before starting the new portion of the project. Still, very positive news for Euclid Ave.

MRN thinks big and that's why I'm pretty excited about this. You don't buy that much land in one area and not possess a good plan for it all. I've already heard that they are talking with other institutions in the area to collaborate and help take the area up a notch in regards to its regional pull.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Only old people go because only retired folks are available during the day to go there. Many Ohio City residents like me think that the place has long since been shuttered.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
I imagine that they won't do the entire street at once. They'll probably wait until the building at the southeast corner of St. Clair and E.12 starts to go up before making the streetscape changes to that street. At least that's my guess.

I'm guessing that the work will be staggered and not continuous.

Cleveland: Cultural Gardens
In reality an foriegn ambasador gets an National airiline to sponsor a garden within the cultural garden. The one garden I am a little disappointed in its progresss.is the african american garden. I wonder if so callled King James would give a pittance towards this cause With the AA garden, the problem has been with the leadership and not necessarily with the funding. The city has had funds sitting in an account for years. The community leaders just couldn't get themselves to agree on what to do.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
If I remember correctly, there were about 29 units sold (according to the website) about two months ago. I noticed that another near-million-dollar penthouse has sold. --not all presales are the same--
