Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
The problem with Fulton Foods is the small industrial/warehouse operation that is attached to it. Its just behind it on the Woodbine side. The place is usually a mess. I forgot about this place as I usually get all my Great Lakes from Dave's. I should start to give some of my business to FF.

The Ohio State University Buckeyes Basketball Discussion
If Oden can just stay out of foul trouble, I think that OSU can win. The refs have really called some ticky-tack fouls on him.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
It sure would be nice if we could focus redevelopment on the stretch of Lorain between W.25th and W.41st. 41st, due to its highway exit, is a gateway the sets the tone for entire area in the eyes of commuters. The new homes and Orchard School fence did a great job of improving 41st, but Lorain leaves much to be desired.

i have no idea. that's all that was told to me by a rep from the planning department. What means 'big' to one official may not be the same for the public.

Hmm, I wonder if this is the 'big news' that one of the planning department workers told me about. But probably not.

Hyland Software: With how much the Hyland family moved around while the CEO was a kid, I'm very happy that this 35 yr-old entrepeneur has settled in Cleveland. Now if we could just get him to move downtown.

I think that they are trying to have a large mix of entertainment options. They have been pretty successful. I'd like to see the retail options nearby, though.

"City Living" in Cleveland...
I'd like a townhome. I love the roof top decks that so many new townhomes are offering. I don't like how all the condos are so small. I'd like at least 3 bedrooms (even if its just me and the wifey). My favorite is the Ohio City Townhomes. Great materials, great windows. Beaufitul views from the roof. If they had another bedroom, then I'd be head over heels in love. I don't like the "loft" space that so many townhomes seem to have on their bedroom levels. I think its a waste of space. Its too undefined and therefore gets underutilized.

Where's the new tower? I see that they are proposing adding 7 stories to the old buildings (are they really going to let them do that??), but I don't see the tower.
