Columbus: Restaurant News & Info
So, my mind is on other things as the ad drones on in the background for the 1000th time this summer. Then the ad talks about fun for kids. Then I hear that its a "park." So I'm thinking that its some third-rate amusement park somewhere in western PA. Then one day, I actually pay full attention to the ad and am surprised that its a restaurant. So, there's your explanation. (I hate the ads with a passion).

Columbus: Restaurant News & Info
Eat n' Park always advertises on Indians radio broadcasts. I always found it odd that a restaurant would call itself "Eaton Park." Now I understand (boy, they have the most annoying ads around).

^architect websites all seem to try to out-do each other. In doing so, they just get less and less user-friendly.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
There is another condo project in the works for the upper Ohio City area. I don't have any details other than a condo project is being proposed at the intersection of Detroit Ave and West 32th on the old Cleveland Yacht Supply property. This would add to a vibrant cluster on the two block section of West 32th between Detroit and Franklin Ave (OC YMCA, OC Townhomes, Vine Industrials, Ewoops renovated home, and CoRal's townhomes.

Zach, I used to live in Royal Oak. If you'd like to do so, it'd be cool to see how the place has changed since 2000.

Thanks. I hope that once they get some floorplans, etc that they'll put this up on the main page. Right now, you'd really have to stumble across it to find it.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
The condo units at the YMCA building are now listed on Progressive Urban -- first time I've noticed that -- and they're reasonably priced as well. Hmm, I can't find it on the site. Any help?

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
I checked out Rysar's website to see if anything had changed concerning Clinton Courts. If I remember correctly, the price has been lowered to $199,900. I take that as a positive: it means that they still are thinking about the project and that its more likely to sell quickly.

Ohio Smoking Ban
Most people won't understand the difference. Constitutional amendments, bills, etc. There are huge differences between them. I already sent in my absentee..the wording is quite long. I think that a lot of voters won't read the entire thing.
