No masterplanning process has been done recently. WRL did the work on the new Ignatius Performing Arts Center. I believe that it has been mentioned a few times on the OC thread.

I disagree. I think that the high end market depends a more cutting edge design in Cleveland. We're not talking about mom and pop from Parma here. If we built something cutting edge, I think you'd see a greater demand. OK, now just wait until August when Zaremba and MRN release the designs for Uptown. You want cutting edge? You're gonna get it.

It all depends on what you are into. I lived there for a few years and couldn't leave soon enough. Very suburban and conservative town. Lots of job opportunities, but mostly all in office parks in the next county over to the south. Good luck.

Sanborn maps are good sources for seeing what types of uses existed for a parcel in the past. Also, the Cleveland Memory Project is a good resource for old pictures of Cleveland.
