^I agree with your first paragraph, but you're off point in the second paragraph. Unions do hurt Ohio's competitiveness. We have a much larger union presence here that hurts productivity and increases costs for businesses.
  4. Buffalo.
  5. The Cleveland Foundation is behind this entire project. They are looking into ways to improve the school situation for families that would live in Upper Chester.

  7. ^actually, I think that the CVS is an older building. I remember that it was a somewhat fancy restaurant back in the 1980s. I could be wrong, but I think it dates back well before the 80s.

  19. The location of the proposed garage has change a few times over the past 6 months. The idea is that Ignatius would use it during the day and then it would be open to the public during the evenings and weekends.
  20. ^I'll post the article. I just read it in the paper edition and it is a total waste of space. No details other than there will be retail on first floor, office space on the lower floors and residential on the upper floors. No timeline, no total number of units, no nothing. They do talk about the need for more parking. Supposedly, the City is discussing how and where to put in a parking garage in the immediate area. Maybe they could just knock down the W.25th red line station and put the garage in its place??
