The Great Ohio Beer Thread
^I have only been to Cleveland's Rock Bottom once (and it was a at least 7 years ago). Back then, they had several beers that had Cleveland-themed names. Do they brew the same beers in each city and then give them different names? I find it hard to believe that each location would have their own recipes.

Cleveland / Lakewood: The Edge Developments
^^^I saw that as well this week. Hopefully that block will be blown up (except for the church) and be redeveloped. I will miss the journey through the Giant Eagles' innards to get to the bathroom. That is an interesting basement.

Why does it seem that most people hate Cleveland?
oh, that's just CTownsFinest216 being CTownsFinest216.

NE Ohio: MLS stadium
Why?? Because the project would need significant public subsidy. Cleveland/Cuyahoga County is more focused on projects that would provide much more bang for your buck (Medical Mart/CC) Notice how the developers will only do this project if there is a huge retail portion involved. They know that they could not pull it off if they tried to do it in downtown Cleveland (for many obvious reasons).

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Good news. Hopefully this will push the May Co. building's owners to redevelop it.

True Stories From Work
hey, i'm trying to repopulate the city!! (baby #2 was due yesterday). I think you should be a little more tolerant with the city residents. Feel free to unleash your rage on all the sick Westlake parents, but cut us urbanites some slack. Deal? ;)

True Stories From Work
hey, cut us breeders some slack. One of the most annoying thing about having kids is when you have to take a vacation because he/she is sick.

Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
The setbacks on Carnegie aren't too significant. The setbacks on 89th--well, I assume that you need a setback so that drivers are able to see whether or not there are any pedestrians on the sidewalk, etc when they exit the garage. I do wonder about the large amount of land to the immediate north of the garage. What is that for?

NE Ohio: MLS stadium
^I don't want to be left behind when it comes to biotech and downtown housing. I can stand to be left behind when it comes to the MLS.

What's wrong with marrying a Russian stripper who's visa is expiring?
Are we really having this conversation?? Its not about how hot they are. Its not about leverage for divorces. Its about not creating a loophole where more people could gain entry to the US. I'm not saying that I agree with the policy, but that's how it is.

What's wrong with marrying a Russian stripper who's visa is expiring?
^when visas are involved, it gets complicated.

What's wrong with marrying a Russian stripper who's visa is expiring?
I had a few friends who married Peruvians and they were put through a gauntlet in order to get the OK to get married.
