i think that our secondary was decent. It was our defensive line that kept us from winning 12 games.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
I'm with you 100%. If the Silverline ran down Detroit, I know that my wife would use it to get to work. Transferring on Public Square is an inconvenience that keeps many people from using RTA to commute. Outside of eastern burbs, Lakewood is the next highest city for UC employees. It is a connection that we need to make.

Well, there is a master plan of sorts. I think that it is just collecting dust at OCNW. OCNW is in the process of hiring a new ED. The prior leadership was weak and the board was fragmented. Hopefully, things will be turning around.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
Because you can't rip up all the streets, sewerlines, waterlines, electicity, etc when there is a business operating there. I don't understand how you can question the site control issue? If you don't own the buildings, the judge hints that he won't let you use eminent domain to acquire the land, and the hold out landowners are demanding 20 times the offer price, then it is difficult to start a project. Additionally, in Dallas they had to do a lot of utility work for the new arena. Once that was there, it is much easier to build smaller projects because you don't have to rebuild the entire infrastructure. Oh, how's the World Trade Center and Atlantic Yards coming along?

Considering that we have Tower City Cinemas, a new movie theater going up in the Flats, Detroit-Shoreway's Capitol Theater, I don't think that someone would finance a new movie theater in the OC. If the theater was small and coupled with something else, then maybe. The Moda site is a challenge.

shs96, Until just a few months ago, they weren't going to be able to do much until spring 2009. Thanks to a deal with the strip club, major work should begin in spring 2008.

Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News
I agree. I really like the new student housing. If they could tear down the other housing on Juniper and rebuild, it could go a long way towards linking the residential campus to the rest of UC.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I'm pretty sure that they will still have a lot of sewer work to do. They won't be able to start large-scale work until the strip club closes in mid-March.
