Hey guys, haven't been here in a long time! I've been living in 668 since the end of August. All has been well and they're making a lot of progress. So exciting! Tripspapa: I'm pretty sure they finished the framing today. I'm so glad they're done with the demolition and framing, because I have been woken up every single morning at 7:30am with them pounding and sawing! Hopefully no more of that. Can't wait for the gym to open up! CaddyShack looks like it'll be done in a a week or two. They're making great progress on Zinc too!

Coming along nicely. I hope most of the construction materials/trucks/gates in front of the building are gone by the move in date! Don't know if that's likely.

So it would have to be in writing, no phone calls would do any good? Who would have to be contacted? K&D top execs? Property management?

I am not sure if Ohio law requires landlords to disclose mold. It is true in other states, but I'm not familiar with Ohio law.

Silly question, but does anyone happen to have the dimensions of the doorways that lead into the apartments? I'm purchasing some furniture and need to know if the couch will fit through the doorway. I supposed the only people who would have this is someone who has rented an apartment and did some measurements...or the property manager, and I don't want to call her for this.

Oh, good. Have you received your lease yet? I have a move-in date of September 7, and haven't received mine yet.

Has anyone toured the inside lately? I was there at the end of June and to be honest it wasn't as far along as I would have liked. I'm hoping that they're moving along on the inside pretty fast in order to get an occupancy permit on schedule. I'm thinking about making a trip to Cleveland in a few weeks just to see what's going on in there, but was wondering if maybe anyone here has seen it lately, so maybe I can forgo the trip.

Oh, one thing I missed. Where is the parking lot? Is it the lot directly to the east of the building on the Prospect side? I only know that there will be internal access, so one doesn't have to walk outside to get to the apartments.

That should be me, and yes I rented the parking space for $85. But the thing is, I had the application only, I did not sign a lease yet.
