E 118th St. WXZ apartments at Circle 118 further down 118th, University Place Townhomes have views of the beautiful new Wyant field house. Views also of the residentail hall going up, understandably getting thumbs down but maybe itll be alright once complete (viewable across Nobbys Ball Park)

Fairfax neighborhood...there certainly is new life! Late victorian Romanesque masterpiece Calvary Presbyterian at 79th & Euclid is now New Life Calvary. Throughout the summer there has been work to unearth the stained glass and leaded glass windows. WOrk appears to be ongoing In a time when Euclid Ave has lost 3 historic churches to avoidable reasons, this is a welcome sight ~3 yrs ago for comparison Now

Good to see the W 14th properties (?all owned by Grace Hosp) getting restored. 1 house appears close to done, pics about a week old These 2 woodframe victorians are asslociated w the Olney Art Gallery bldg. i believe all 3 structures, or maybe its 2 total, won historic tax credits some time ago. cant wait to see all done http://clevelandhistorical.org/items/show/99
