Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Walked past this site today — there's quite a bit of activity, and looks like foundations are already done for some of them on the SW corner of the lot! 👍

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Any news here on demolition? We walked past the site last night, and still no equipment nor signs of activity, 6+ weeks later.

Cleveland: Hotel Development
Paul in Cleveland replied to ClevelandOhio's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionUmm, duh, this is what AI is for, folks!!! "A high quality aerial photo of downtown Cleveland as it is now, but with two skyline-changing hotels added." (Lmao, so much about this image makes me laugh, from the moving of TT to the DS bridge being gone to the phantom 2nd TT rising out of the mist. 🤣)

Progress on The Vantage on Herman Ave. — and some views of the Herman Park area where the other development is proposed.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
If you mean the Herman Park one just posted above, I think you misread. They'd definitely be tearing down what's there. From KJP's article, "... the Bond Street Group of Pepper Pike plans to demolish a two-story industrial warehouse on the site. In its place, the developer wants to construct a four-story ..."

Here's an update on The Vantage development on Herman Ave. (https://www.thevantagecle.com) I last posted an update on this in the Ohio City thread, but in looking at the map, I suppose it really belongs in Detroit-Shoreway. 😉 They're definitely moving along quickly here!

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
Saturday was SUCH a glorious Fall day here in CLE! My husband and I walked across the Hope Memorial Bridge to the Q (old habits die hard) for the Rock Hall induction — what an incredible show. Anyway, I captured this pic of the work on Scranton on our walk there. ❤️ Living back in the city, after three decades in the burbs raising kids, is just a dream!

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
From OC, the signage is almost invisible in the morning hours, but is much clearer in the evenings. From about an hour ago, near The Harp ...

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
As of yesterday afternoon (Wednesday), there appeared to be nothing on the east-facing side. On the west-facing side, there seems to be what I think is something new — two long horizontal rectangle outlines connected by a line. Zoomed in, guessing this is where the letters will go.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
It may well be ... I'm not sure where the boundary is. I live in Ohio City and I pass by it on my dog walks, so in my brain it's Ohio City, but I guess that means little, lol. 😂

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I commented on the NEED for a more substantial connector over the shoreway/boulevard/whatever it becomes. I get the whole need for light for the danged convention center ballroom, but that pales in comparison for a proper connection between downtown and the lakefront.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway: Westinghouse Redevelopment
Now that we're Ohio City residents, and walk the dog almost every day past this site, I think about it a lot. Has there been any movement on this, or any ideas percolating about what to do with it, @KJP?
