Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
At this point FCE is holding onto like 90% of the Scranton Peninsula. You shouldn't hold your breath on this one, it's not going to happen for a long time.

Cleveland Eateries: A Where To Guide for Visitors and Residents
Not that these trendy or anything: For some great Slovenian food, Sterle's on E. 55th is great. Danny Boy's in Rocky River is a great place for pizza. And for the largest portions of Italian food anywhere, and at affordable prices, go to Mama Roberto's in Mentor.

CLEVELAND - Pinnacle update!
It does look strange, but it's cool and the blue glass will look great, especially on a sunny summer day.

Cleveland: CWRU West Quad Project
This is the direction Cleveland should be headed, not desparately trying to hold on to federal gov't & military clerical service functions. You got to figure the more technology there is, the more consolidation will make sense, and good jobs that people have today will end up being performed by computers.
-
Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I think the reason the price has escalated is due to rising steel and wood prices.
-
Cleveland: Larchmere Court Townhomes
They should be a nice addition.

Cleveland: Transit Ideas for the Future
An extention of the Red Line on the East Side especially, and even the West Side, would be the single best thing for the Rapid system today. If that Red Line went out to Mentor, you'd double the ridership. Not too many people want to take the 28X bus down to Windermere, its current terminus. But this would require coopration by each municipality along the way. This is why it will never happen.

Cleveland: Innerbelt News
There is so much potential with this. Let's hope it's outstanding. By the way -- based on stories on Boston's fancy new I-95 bridge, my suggestion is to not build something like that here. If they have problems with ice falling off the cables there, it would be even worse in Cleveland with all the snow and ice we get. Think about the Peter B. Lewis building at Case. They need to close off the sidewalks in the winter due to falling ice.

Northeast Ohio / Cleveland: General Transit Thread
It's so interesting to look at the old maps and plans. Too bad some sort of subway wasn't created.

Cleveland Public Schools: News and Discussion
Unfortunately it's sorry we celebrate the fact graduation rate is at 50%. About the only thing worse is the graduation rate from D1A NCAA basketball programs.

Cleveland's Public Square: Worthy of the Hall of Shame???
This may be in the realm of fantasy, but it would be cool to bury Ontario and Superior as they go through Public Square. That would make it one contiguous square. Leave the Roadway at ground level, so no work would need to be done to entrances on structures surrounding the Square.

CLEVELAND - Downtown Living tour Pt. 1
The Sincere Building looks pretty nice on the inside. Views from the Bradley Building are amazing.
