I photographed the cemetery about a year before you, and I'm impressed to see in your photos that the Carter couple had that new stone. It was not there in early spring of 2007. Also to who asked, I'm pretty sure the city is responsible for it. But apparently the people who have passed long before us aren't a top priority. And as I recall they had some fairly recent burials there when I took my pictures. (I think, but I'm not sure, the latest one was in 2004, that I saw.)
